Let's come together in a beautiful, healing community in February. We will build physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

  • Two 1:1 45-min sessions with me for private, individualized support
  • High Ventilation Breathwork (Find out more including medical contraindications here)
  • Yoga & Meditation Instruction
  • Group Coaching and FB Group to Foster Community
  • I support Learner+ as a clinician-centric CME/CE reflective learning platform but this program is open to everyone (not just physicians)

We will meet Saturdays at 7a PDT for yoga  Wednesdays at 4p PDT 2/4, 2/18 for breathwork and processing/group coaching 2/11, 2/25*

*Please check medical contraindications for high ventilation breathwork here)

*Yoga and group processing/coaching will be recorded but due to the deep work done in breathwork, breathwork sessions will not be recorded
